138 Dwelllings Well Under Way Now In Hayle

Approval was granted back in October 2016 for a residential development of 138 dwellings and associated highways works including restrictions to vehicular access to Trevassack Hill, a footpath link west of the site onto High Lanes and proposed upgrades to Hayle Football Club including a 3G pitch. On Land To North Of Viaduct Hill, And Hayle Football Club, Viaduct Hill, Hayle, Cornwall.

Our Director, Angela Warwick, was on site a couple of weeks ago; she says “I was on a site visit on Friday and was aware that the housing is very much underway and almost completed. I was even more pleased to see that three pitch has been delivered and met up with a member of the Football committee I’m ashamed to say I had forgotten his name but he remembered me, said we were unforgettable (which I will take as a compliment lol). It was really amazing to see that the pitch is in full use a real success story”.
