Committee planning approval - Germoe Cross.

It’s a good day for affordable housing in West Cornwall with a long awaited approval at West Sub Planning committee yesterday for 24 houses at Germoe Cross in the Breague parish.

Wycliffe Developments are thrilled and Jo at Coastline gave a great presentation at committee and together we won the members over. Cllr Ollie Monk portfolio holder for Planning and Housing gave compelling reasons why committee should support this affordable led housing scheme in an AONB as being in the public interest what with Cornwall being in the midst of a housing crisis.
