Planning Obtained in St Columb

Following the advice from the community a more sensitive revision to the initial plans were granted conditional permission of the former funeral parlour site at Higher East Street, St Columb, to 3 self contained dwellings, with car parking. The applicants endeavoured to provide a more appropriate scheme, that would preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the conservation area.
