Redevlopment Project in Torbay

Redevelopment of 31 apartments & office building on Hatfield Road, Torquay with 43 no.1 & no.2 bed apartments, including age restricted & associated landscaping, access & parking has been validated with Torbay Council. Extensive preapplication discussion took place and we are very pleased that this has now been submitted for Sanctuary Housing.
