Lowen Meadow, St Mawes

Proposed New Vehicle Access – Advised on location of new access to serve a new dwelling off an A road.  Access was on an S-bend so had to not only have appropriate emerging visibility but also forward visibility for approaching traffic. 

Supported the application with an Access Statement to justify access location/visibility requirements and received no objection from the Highway Authority. 

Successfully approved 11 August 2020.
