Residential development of 47 dwellings approved in April 2015.

Affordable led housing scheme to be built by Kier Living and managed by Devon and Cornwall Housing Association. Full support from Cornwall Council officers and the Town Council.
Local opposition from neighbours led it to be called into committee by the local ward member.
Despite addressing a number of the issues raised at public consultation we couldn’t offer an alternative access than the one proposed, which conformed with Highway Policy.
We did however agree to have construction traffic access from a temporary alternative access point to alleviate any impact during the build programme.
