Planning application PA22/11243 for 81 houses at St Merryn Park was granted planning permission by Cornwall Council using their delegated powers. We are delighted to have facilitated an affordable led scheme with a housing development providing more than 50% affordable homes for local people. There is a clear and desperate housing need in the parish and the approved housing development will include a range of house types inc 1, 2 3, and 4 bedroom properties.
The site incorporates green infrastructure including ecology mitigation measures and bio-diversity net gains. In addition, there will be public open space that will be appropriately equipped and located. Sue Walters worked closely with a number of stakeholders to deliver a housing scheme that met community aspirations and planning policy. We are delighted with the delegated approval outcome.
