Planning approval for 2 houses in addition to one already approved early this year in Mylor Bridge.

Despite objections from the parish council the application was supported by the planning officer and it was taken to Central Planning Committee. Which was an experience. Situ8 are used to virtual presentations now but actually not seeing anyone's face at the planning committee was very disconcerting and talking on a phone hoping that your 3 minutes are used wisely without picking up on any body language was completely alien. The scheme was carefully designed so as to minimise any over looking to neighbours and ample sized gardens and plenty of parking ensures that there will be no overspill onto the highway. We hope the community grow to love the scheme as it received approval at committee 8 vote to 4.
