Strategic Planning Committee Success for Wadebridge application

On the 10th of January 2019 Angela & Jim attended the strategic planning committee, representing an application for development in Wadebridge.

The development in full will consist of the construction of 143 dwellings, office building, erection of new sports club house, all-weather ‘3G’ pitch and other sports pitches and facilities, associated shared car parking and new pedestrian access to primary school, open space and associated highway works

A massive result of 10-2 in favour of the application. A big thank you must go to Chris Wilson from Wadebridge School too. Overall this was fantastic result for the Merrimans and Situ8 after many months of hard work.
