A special thank you laid on by our client for the successful completion of the Gilbury phase 2 in Lostwithiel! A lovely excuse to get together, have a natter & celebrate a job well done!

On the 13th &14th of December the Situ8 team donned their Christmas jumpers in support of Save the Children and the fantastic Christmas Jumper Day event (officially the 14th).

Situ8 are excited to reveal that once again we have been shortlisted in the RTPI’s Awards for Planning Excellence 2019. This time our fantastic team have been shortlisted in the category ‘Excellence in Planning for Homes – Small Schemes (up to 50 homes)’ with our Gilbury Phase 2 Development in Lostwithiel.

On the 10th of January 2019 Angela & Jim attended the strategic planning committee, representing an application for development in Wadebridge.
